In-home service is currently available throughout most of the valley including Scottsdale, Fountain Hills, Paradise Valley, Tempe, Mesa, and Phoenix.

Services offered include (but are not limited to):

• Virus/Malware removal
• Software usage tutoring
• Wired network installation and setup
• Wireless network setup
• Hardware upgrades
• Purchase consulting
• Security evaluation and recommendations
• Computer “tune-up”
• Server configuration
• Cable management

Rate: All on-site services are billed at $50/hr (minimum $50 charge) with a $5.00 per visit fee. This is in addition to any necessary parts or hardware which will be billed at their retail value. Currently, Black Diamond IT Services only accepts payment via cash, check, or PayPal.
